Where is the meeting place for the TOKYO Panorama Drive by Hato Bus Open Top Bus?

The meeting place for the course I participated in this time was a couple of minutes' walk to the left of the Marunouchi South Exit ticket gate of JR Tokyo Station.

We met at bus stop No. 1. Registration begins 10 minutes before the bus departs.

There are bus stops from No. 1 to No. 10, and many Hato buses that are about to depart were parked there, which made the children very happy. It seems that many people use the Hato bus for sightseeing in Tokyo.

Introducing the actual tour

Here, we would like to introduce the actual tour we participated in.

The open-top bus we boarded this time is shown here.

I participated in the tour on Saturday, departing at 10:30. The seats were full. Seats were not allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

We were seated in 11CD. We were in seat 11CD, which was in the back.

We all got on the bus together, and we were ready to go. The Hato Bus guide gave us a tour guide in Japanese.

It was the rainy season, but the day we joined the tour was a pleasant sunny day! Incidentally, if it is expected to rain at the time of the tour, the bus may be operated with the top closed. In case of rain, rain gear will be distributed free of charge.

The bus runs around the Imperial Palace.

Since it was Saturday morning, there were many runners runnning around the Imperial Palace.

After passing the Imperial Palace, the bus next passes by the National Diet Building.

After passing the National Diet Building, the bus will go to the government office district of Kasumigaseki. The open-top bus takes us on a dynamic tour of a place that often appears in the news.

After driving for a while, Tokyo Tower comes into view through the trees.

The bus gets closer and closer to Tokyo Tower.

The best part of the open-top bus is that you can visit the Tokyo Tower while looking up at it.Other buses have roofs, so being able to see the tower from this angle is unique to the open-top bus.

After passing the powerful Tokyo Tower, you will see the Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower. It is currently the tallest building in Japan.

The bus will continue to the highway. It was the first time for us to take an open-top bus on the highway.

We were ahead of the back of the bus, and I heard that the wind gets stronger on the back side. It is safer to take off your hat.

Feeling the wind whipping around, the bus took us to Rainbow Bridge.

Fuji TV in Odaiba was also clearly visible!

While riding the bus, we look at Toyosu and cross the Kachidokibashi Bridge. The Tsukiji Outer Market was quite busy and crowded with people.

Passing by the Kabuki-za Theater, we headed for Ginza.

I also snapped a shot of the Ginza Clock Tower, which was installed in 1894. I felt the history of Tokyo.

After passing Ginza, the bus returned to Tokyo Station, where we started.

Although the tour took about one hour from departure, it was a very satisfying tour with plenty of time to see the sights of Tokyo.
