By reading this article, you will have a better understanding of the features of the Adventure Standard Room at the LEGOLAND Japan Hotel.
Basic information about LEGOLAND Japan Hotel
LEGOLAND Japan Hotel is a relatively new hotel that opened in April 2018.
From the exterior, it is full of the world of LEGO! Furthermore, once you enter the hotel, the world of LEGO bricks spreads from the entrance, and there are many fun tricks even until you enter your guest room. The hotel is about 25 minutes from Nagoya Station on the Aonami Line. The nearest station is Kinjofuto Station. From the station, it was about a 10-minute walk with my child.
The LEGOLAND Hotel is basically divided into the following four room types, although according to the official website, each floor has a different theme.
There are a total of 252 guest rooms, including suites.
Room Type | Size | Features |
---|---|---|
Standard | 30㎡ | For 4 persons. The most reasonable room. |
Premium | 30㎡ | For 4 persons. Wallpaper and decorations that express the world of LEGO more than the theme. |
Premium Plus | 30㎡ | For 5 persons. One more bed for a child than Premium. |
Suite | 45㎡ | For 5 persons. To Premier Plus facilities,Kids' playroom is added to the Premier Plus facilities. |
I stayed in the Adventure Standard Room. The room layout is as follows.
(Source: LEGOLAND HOTEL>Adventure Standard Room)
The layout of the room was as follows: on the right side as you enter the room was a room with a bunk bed for a child, and the master bedroom was across from the bathroom and toilet. The room is 30 square meters in size.It was spacious enough for a family to spend time together.
We had a 6 year old and a 3 year old with us, and the 6 year old slept on the top side of the children's bunk beds, and the 3 year old slept on the bottom side of the children's bunk beds.
The room key was a cute one with lots of Lego characters on it!

Floor of Adventure
LEGOLAND Japan Hotel has different themes for different floors, and the one I stayed at this time was the “Adventure” themed floor. It has “Pirates”, “Kingdom”, “Adventure”, “LEGO Friends”, and “LEGO Ninjago”.
When you get off the elevator, you are already in the world of Adventure!
The torch light at the entrance of the room is also made of LEGO!You will be immersed in the world of LEGO even before you enter the room!
Bedroom
From here, I would like to introduce the room.
I stayed in the Adventure Standard Room (1 queen bed + bunk beds for kids) room on the 5th floor. This time I chose the most reasonable room in Legoland Hotel. The king bed was provided with a bed guard in advance.
Here's what it looks like from a different angle. The theme of this floor is “adventure,” so the decor is full of adventure. The bed is a queen size, so it's very spacious and I was able to get a good rest.
On the side table on one side of the bed is a light switch and an alarm clock. On this side were the light switches for the bedroom and the entire room.
On the other side of the side table, switches for the reading light and the foot light. There was an outlet on either side, which was convenient for charging my phone.
Next to the bed is a table, and a set of chairs.Across from the bed is a TV. It is wall-mounted and neat.
There were decorations made from Lego bricks of the adventure world view in some places. Here is a bird.
There was also a dragonfly.

The telephone in the room is also made of LEGO!
The memo was also Lego of course.
A view of the children's room
One thing that is quite unique about the LEGOLAND Japan Hotel is that all rooms are designed for children! And the children's rooms are full of tricks that kids will love!
Here is a view of the bunk beds. The recommended age for the upper bunk is 6 years and up. The lower bunk was 2-5 years old. There was also a light at the bedside of each bed.
TV across from the beds. You can watch all the Lego movies and other movies you want on the TV! Children were very happy!
There was an air purifier in this room. This is a room where children spend most of their time, so I was happy to see this! There is a box of Duplo blocks under the TV.A board is attached to the bottom of the TV stand, and the blocks can be attached and played with!
My kids enjoyed attaching the Duplo blocks and watching the Lego Movie. It was a dreamy experience for them to watch the Lego Movie while lying on the bunk beds.
By the way, the bunk beds were big enough for me (161 cm) to lie down and still have a little room to spare. It seems a little narrower than a single bed, but if a small child does not want to sleep alone on a bunk bed, the parents can use it to sleep on one of them.
Next to the TV stand, there is a treasure box! This is also installed in all rooms. It is locked when you enter the room.
The instructions for opening the treasure box were placed on the TV stand. The answer to each quiz is the number of the key to the treasure box.
If the answer is correct, the key will open!
Inside were two bags, one Star Wars and one Batman. The kids are overjoyed.

The mini bar
Here is a shot of the mini bar. Perhaps because many people with children stay here, the tableware was made of plastic instead of ceramic. It is safe to use even if you have small children!
The selection of coffee and tea was like this.
The cocoa and coffee were in LEGOLAND packaging!
There was also free water and a hot water kettle/ice pail.
There are no paid drinks in the fridge. I mistakenly drank the charged drink! You can rest assured that there is no such thing. The hotel does not have a store selling drinks.
If you want to drink something other than free water, coffee, or tea, we recommend that you buy it at a convenience store at the nearest station, Kinjofuto Station.
The water area
All of the water features in the Legoland Hotel are unit baths, except for the suites.
Next to the toilet is a washbasin. There was a step stool for children.
The hair dryer was also in the washbasin.
Amenities in Lego packaging on the washbasin. Toothbrushes were also provided for the number of adults and children.
The amenities prepared were a little less than when I stayed in 2022. From an ecological point of view, the number of amenities has been reduced in various hotels. If you need something else in the way of amenities, you can get it by contacting the front desk.
This is the bathtub. It is large enough for me to soak with my legs stretched out. However, with children, the unit bath was a bit small and difficult to use. If you prefer to have a place to wash up, I would recommend a suite room, although the price is a little higher.
Shampoo was in a big bottle.
Kao Juris series. It used to come in a small tube that you could take home, but that seems to have changed.
The toilet was a bidet type next to the bathtub.
By the way, there was also a Lego blog decoration in the water area. This is a hat.
And a beetle.
A view of the closet
The closet at the Legoland Hotel is just across from the water closet. There were plenty of hangers.
Hangers for children were also neatly provided.
On the floor of the closet, there are slippers for the number of people.
Next to it, there was a baggage rack for suitcases, etc. and a trash can for diapers.
Please note that the LEGOLAND Japan Hotel provides either pajamas or yukatas for both adults and children, but you cannot choose in advance. Our room had a pattern of two types of yukata, one for adults and one for children. The yukata for children are about the size of elementary school students, and if you are with small children, it is recommended that you bring your children's pajamas with you.
The safe in the room is a digital one, which is designed to be locked with a 4-digit PIN number.
The rooms at LEGOLAND Japan HOTEL are compactly equipped with all the necessary facilities while having many gadgets that children will enjoy.
What is the view from a LEGOLAND Hotel room?
This time, the room was the standard and the most reasonable, but we chose the park view as the view.
This is the view from the room. You can see Legoland from the room.If you want to see LEGOLAND from your room, we recommend a room with a view.
