Where can I buy the Lunch Box at the Kyoto Railway Museum?
The N700A Shinkansen Lunch Box is available at the bento sales booth.
The Bento Box Lunch Sales Booth is located in the promenade just outside the entrance of the museum.

The "Type 923 Doctor Yellow Lunch Box" and "N700A Shinkansen Lunch Box" seemed to be popular, and the sales staff were advertising them with their hands.
I think it's easy to recognize the lunch box because there is also a banner of the lunch box.
By the way, "Type 923 Doctor Yellow Lunch Box" and "N700A Shinkansen Lunch Box" are not sold at the restaurant in the museum.

I asked my son which lunch box he would prefer, and he said he would prefer the bullet train.
The lunch box was 1,400 yen.
Where can we eat it?
Normally, you can eat in the dining car right in front of the lunch box sales booth (in the car that was actually used as the Blue Train dining car).
Now, due to the new coronavirus infection control measures, the dining car is not available for the time being.
We used the restaurant inside the museum. There were many other children who had purchased lunch boxes and were eating them.
What is the lunch box like?
After touring the museum for a bit, we had our lunch box at the museum restaurant.
My son looks like he can't wait to eat.
When I opened the packaging of the lunch box, I found furikake (sprinkles) attached to it.
The lunch box contained rice (with furikake), gratin, Chinese Steamed Dumplings, omelette, snap peas, Japanese fried chicken, and jelly.
My son was so happy that he ate it all up.
The seats by the window of the restaurant in the museum are just right to see many running trains such as JR Kyoto Line, Tokaido Shinkansen, JR Sagano Line, etc.
You can also see the N700A Shinkansen running, so it is very exciting to see the actual Shinkansen with your lunch box.
